Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data

This clarification text on the processing of personal data has been prepared within the scope of the “Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Fulfilling the Clarification Obligation”, which determines the procedures and principles to be followed during the disclosure obligation to be fulfilled within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Our company has the title of “Data Controller” as defined in the Law No. 6698. We take care to process and store all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with our company in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”). Your personal data is processed in the following scope.

For What Purpose Personal Data Will Be Processed:

Your personal data is obtained and stored for commercial activities, human resources practices and security measures. For security purposes, visitor registration is taken at the building entrances and indoor and outdoor areas are monitored by security cameras.

To Whom Personal Data Can Be Transferred And For What Purpose:

Your personal data may be transferred to our domestic and international partnerships, suppliers, customers, public or private institutions or organizations or other third parties within the scope of our Company’s activities, in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Method and Legal Reason for Personal Data Collection:

In order to carry out the activities of our company, your personal data is collected and stored in verbal, written and electronic media by automatic or non-automatic methods.

11 of the Law No. 6698 of the Personal Data Owner. Rights Enumerated in Article:

By applying to our company in writing, you can apply to the 11th of the Law No. 6698. in accordance with the article;

  • Whether your personal data is processed or not,
  • If processed, information about it, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this purpose,
  • 3rd party in the country or abroad to which the said data is transferred. who/who the persons are,
  • If your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, correcting them,
  • 7 of the Law on your personal data. to be deleted or destroyed within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the article, and notification of the transactions made by our Company in this context to the third parties to whom the information is transferred,
  • If a result arises against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems, you can object to this and request the compensation of the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

In order for third parties to apply on behalf of personal data owners, a special power of attorney issued by the data owner through a notary public on behalf of the person to apply must be present.

You can exercise your above-mentioned rights as set forth in the Law No. 6698 as of 07.10.2016.
