The principles followed by İLKADIM CAM İNŞAAT SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“İlkadım Cam”) while collecting and using personal data obtained through the website (“Website”) depending on the request of the users (“User(s)”) are regulated in this Privacy Policy.

Articles 3 and 7 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data article, data that are irreversibly anonymized will not be considered as personal data in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law and the processing activities related to this data will be carried out without being bound by the provisions of this Privacy Policy.

“Cookie” Usage

İlkadım Cam automatically collects data such as visited sections and clicked areas during the Users’ navigation on the Website. However, in the event that the transactions require a cost, the Personal Data Protection Board may, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data, decide on the appropriate action to be taken by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data. It is possible to charge a fee based on the tariff determined according to the article.

The User undertakes that the information provided to İlkadım Cam by him/her, which is subject to this Privacy Policy, is complete, accurate and up-to-date, and that he/she will update them immediately in case of any changes in this information. İlkadım Cam shall not have any liability in case the User fails to provide updated information

The User accepts and declares that if he/she makes a request that will result in any personal data not being used by İlkadım Cam, he/she may not be able to fully benefit from the services that İlkadım Cam has committed to him/her, and that he/she will bear all kinds of responsibility arising in this context.

Retention Period of Personal Data

İlkadım Cam will store the personal data provided by the User for the duration of the services provided in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the nature of the services provided.
